How does the free trial work?
Start with full product access for 14 days. No credit card required to begin. When your trial ends, choose the plan that fits your needs.
Why annual billing?
FedRAMP authorization is a multi-month process, not a monthly task. Annual billing aligns with the authorization lifecycle and gives you the best value.
What AWS services does ATOVault integrate with?
ATOVault integrates with AWS Config, Security Hub, CloudTrail, and IAM Access Analyzer. You deploy a read-only IAM role in your AWS account — ATOVault never writes to your environment.
Is my data stored securely?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Data is tenant-isolated at the database level — no cross-tenant access is structurally possible.
Can I upgrade plans?
Yes. Upgrade from Essentials to Authorization anytime from your billing settings. Your existing systems, controls, and history carry over seamlessly. For Enterprise, contact our sales team.
What FedRAMP baselines are supported?
ATOVault currently supports FedRAMP Moderate (Rev 5) and FedRAMP 20x KSI attestations. FedRAMP Low and High baselines are planned for H2 2026.
What's not included in ATOVault pricing?
ATOVault automates documentation, evidence collection, and OSCAL package generation. Third-party assessment organization (3PAO) fees, agency sponsorship, and PMO review timelines are separate from ATOVault pricing. These are independent steps in the FedRAMP authorization process.
